I have visited this site several time over the past year predominantly looking at product reviews. Since there is no such thing as too much information or too many friends I decided to join Pitmaster's. Looking forward to learning and sharing. I am a self described charcoal bigot, no gas or electric for me. I have an off set smoker, Acorn Kamado and a Weber kettle that all get used. I also have a Volcano Grill that I used for Dutch Oven cooking. There is a PBC in the near future. Success so far has been good based on reactions from family and friends. I would like to continue to improve and maybe there is a comp or two in the future.
