I have a large Big Green Egg. What has been your good and what has been your bad? Low and slow? Grilling? Smoke roasting? Grilling has been my greatest challenge, but I am starting to get the hang of it.
Scotch: Current favorite- The Arran (anything by them), Glenmorangie 12yr Lasanta, sherry cask finished. The Balvenie Double Wood, also like Oban 18yr, and The Glenlivet Nadurra (Oloroso sherry cask finished) among others. Neat please.
