    New to the Q

    I was a chef 40 years ago but never really smoked anything for any length of time.
    My friend Adam owns Proud & Country BBQ from Winchendon, Massachusetts. We never really talked about much about Bar B Q. (underline Bar) although Adam was making killer ribs and such before he started this business.
    I have a combination grill (charcoal\propane). Never really tried two zone cooking on it yet. I'm disabled and handicapped so things take some time now. My wife is a great help.
    I can feel Adam switching my number to automatic voicemail!
