Hey all,
Just checking in. Been grilling and smoking meats for a few years. Built my own (F)UDS. It is THAT UGLY!! Recently moved to Plan, TX as we downsized to simplify life. Hoping to slow down a bit and get the smoke rolling. We live in an apartment, but have a small yard so I can fire up the grill and smoker and not worry about the Fire Marshall!! (more than 10 feet from the building!!)
The Weber OTG Kettle is the work horse right now though due to space limitations.

Welcome to the Pit! We will be moving to Dallas sometime in 2016 to be near grandchildren. We'll be downsizing, too, but expect to have a full back yard and patio. I currently cook on a Big Green Egg. You will have loads of fun in the Pit!
