I just became a member and don't really know how all of this works. I currently have a Weber Silver 22 1/2 charcoal and a Weber gas grill, also a locally made grill with a side firebox. I used to grill for the family a lot more than I do now, kids are growing up. I felt like I had gotten into a rut, with my BBQ. I look forward to not feeling guilty, using all your resources. Looking forward to using all the knowledge in your club.

sideyardkook you came to the right place. Spend some time researching techniques, check out the Slow-n-Sear for the Silver kettle, and feel free to ask questions. there is a lot of knowledge in the membership that you will not find in a book. If its food, and it can be BBQ'd, someone here has done it and can offer advice.

Welcome to the Pit! While I don't currently have a Weber, I would join in recommending the SlowNSear mentioned above. The you will be set to explore the reverse sear and smoking brisket, Boston Butt and ribs. Have fun exploring.
