    Learning all over again

    Greetings Pit members. I just joined, having acquired a Kamado and starting the good cooking again. As a youngster I did a lot of charcoal work, now is the time to revive the art! I look forward to virtual gatherings and learning...

              Kamados are great. Very versatile. Which one do you have? I have a Primo XL. After I got mine, I joined the pit, gained a lot of knowledge…but also 40lbs. Be careful, your food is going to be delicious!

                It is the Ceramic, just getting to light the fire in 15 min. I sure watch those pounds - it will be tough though!

                The cook was a success, first time reverse seared the steaks and had a perfect pork loin! Guests were impressed. And the veggies were really good too! I get up to more soon!
