    Hello from Celina, Tx!!

I am Phil, and I have a BBQ problem.....

Isn't that how these meetings go! I love BBQ. I have 2 smokers One is my tailgate smoker a custom trailer from East Texas Smokers, and one is my new toy, a Kamado Joe Big Joe. I try to use them anytime I can.

Hiiiiiiiii Phiiiiiiiiiiiiiiil! Welcome to the BBQ 12 step program, er um, I mean the Pit! Great to see another Texan join the group. I live on the other side of the Metroplex from you. Looks like you have some great toys! You'll learn a lot here. I certainly have!

pclaunch, Welcomw To The Pit! Have you Fellas Heard the One about the ND Farmer and the Farmer from TX? Seems they were visiting and comparing their Farm Operations, the Texan explained that he took his hand to the field at the break of day and that when he went out to bring him in for supper, he hadn't completed the first round! The ND Farmer kicked the dirt, scratched his chin, and responded that he had a Tractor Just Like That Once? Just thought you should Know! Have Fun and Welcome. 👍😇👍😇👍. Dan

The Pit Barrel Cooker May Be Too Easy

The PBC has a rabid cult following for good reason. It is absolutely positively without a doubt the best bargain on a smoker in the world. Period. This baby will cook circles around the cheap offset sideways barrel smokers because temperature control is so much easier.

Blackstone Rangetop Combo: Griddle And Deep Fryer In One

The flat top does the burgers and the fryer does the fries. Use the griddle for bacon, eggs, grilled cheese, and so much more. And why deep fry indoors when you can avoid the smell and mess by doing it outside!

Finally, A Great Portable Pellet Smoker

Green Mountain’s portable Davy Crockett Pellet Smoker is one mean tailgating and picnic machine. But it’s also gaining popularity with people who want to add a small, set it and forget it pellet smoker to their backyard arsenal. And with their WiFi capabilities you can control and monitor Davy Crocket from your smart phone or laptop.

Comprehensive Temperature Magnet With 80+ Important Temps

                  Amazingribs.com temperature magnet
Winner of the National BBQ Association’s product of the year award. This 8.5″ x 11″ magnet contains more that 80 benchmark temperatures for meats (both USDA recommended temps as well as the temps chefs recommend), fats and oils, sugars, sous vide, eggs, collagens, wood combustion, breads, and more. Although it is not certified as all-weather, we have tested it outdoors in Chicago weather and it has not delaminated in three years, but there is minor fading.

Grilla Pellet Smoker proves good things come in small packages

We always liked Grilla. The small 31.5″ x 29.5″ footprint makes it ideal for use where BBQ space is limited, as on a condo patio.

Is This Superb Charcoal Grill A Kamado Killer?

The PK-360, with 360 square inches of cooking space, this rust free, cast aluminum charcoal grill is durable and easy to use. Four-way venting means it’s easy to set up for two zone cooking with more control than single vent Kamado grills. It is beautifully designed, completely portable, and much easier to set up for 2-zone cooking than any round kamado.
