Hi to everyone here. I'm a reformed lurker coming out of the shadows to be a part of this great community. I'm a Pit Barrel guy but I also have an upright propane smoker that i use mainly for side dishes. I've got a Weber Genesis II grill for all of my other needs. My main go-to's are back ribs and pork butts, but I get the occasional brisket in the PBC just to keep it honest. Anyway, I'm glad to be here and look forward to learning a lot from you all.
