Long time user and finally decided to pay my dues and join up! LOVE this site and I refer everyone who wants to cook on their grill. I have a Bayou Classic (EGG knock off), Genesis 1000, drum smoker from Big Poppa, and a 38 year old Woolworths copy of the original Webber charcoal grill (I just can't get it to rust!). I love everything grilled and use Meathead's brisket recipe all the time!
