Shoot...I've been a member for about 6 months. Been cooking outdoors for years, but it was Meathead that got me where I am today. Cooking outside 3-4 days a week year round. Got many grills out back. Anything from my Grandfather's homemade grill, to a smokey Joe, a gasser, big weber, and Pit Barrel. We burn through quite a bit of charcoal. The Fine Swine Society is pretty much just good people who love great food, beer, wine and cigars.
Scotch: Current favorite- The Arran (anything by them), Glenmorangie 12yr Lasanta, sherry cask finished. The Balvenie Double Wood, also like Oban 18yr, and The Glenlivet Nadurra (Oloroso sherry cask finished) among others. Neat please.
