    Hello, all.

    Hello.

    I'm brand new to smoking. About a month ago I bought a used Pit Boss Ranch Hand and have used it a couple of times. Before that I had a Masterbuilt vertical smoker what I had absolutely 0 luck with. Couldn't even get it up to temperature.

    I am located in SW Oklahoma. I'm 40 years old, father of 3 with 1 on the way. Machinist by trade.
