    Finally joined

    I am not very experienced with a grill, but have made some great ribs and smoked a pork butt following Meathead's guidance. Looking forward to cooler weather to really fire it up. Just too dang hot here in summer months for me to enjoy it. I am anticipating more delicious meals with the advise of the
    knowledgeable folks at the Pitmaster Club.
