                            I'm a coddle man myself, and finding the right pork sausage to do coddle justice is pretty hard - everything here in STL is influenced by brats. I'd love to hear your take on how to make a clean pork sausage, and I'd take it on but just can't find the right recipe. There's a recipe channel for sausage.
