Wow! What a greeting. Thank you everyone for the friendly welcome. Here are a few of my creations. I made brisket for the first time. The cook was epic. 12 hours. 8 hours resting wrapped in paper and a blanket. Removed it and set in oven at 170. It came out amazing. I served 14 people and they loved it. The burnt ends was so good.
