Hey everyone, been coming here a long time, thought I'd finally join up. Currently cooking on a XL BGE, in the market for a pellet cooker here this summer, narrowing my choices down between the camp chef/GMG/or pitts and spitts models...
Wife is half-Thai so I have been doing some interesting experiments with mixing SE Asian flavors with my cooks. I almost have my green curry pulled pork sammich with Papaya salad topping down.
Besides that SE Asain flair stuff, I'm a big fan of everything ObieCue (been using his stuff since I was a kid helping mom/dad out) and figuring out my own rubs.
