I joined back in 2015 and am just now introducing myself. I’ve gotten a lot of value out of this site and my cooking is much better as a result so I figured it was time.
I learned how to smoke meat in Kansas City, so that’s my preferred style but all BBQ is good! Currently using a Karubeque based on this site’s recommendation and love what comes off of it.
