    Northern MI - New Member

    New Member from Northern MI. I cook on an older Weber 22’ Performer. I spent most of the pandemic working on my Pork Belly Burnt Ends, Brisket, and ribs. I run a Weber iGrill 2 to help w/ temp. I have two fantastic butcher shops here in town. When I’m not staring at the temp gauge on my Weber, I like 4-wheeling my FJ60, fly fishing, and playing guitar. Looking forward to pushing my BB-IQ up a few notches with this group.
