Hi everyone, new member here from Knoxville, TN. I've been grilling for a bit but am always trying to up my game!
I have had a Weber Genesis gasser for many years. A few years ago, added a WSM and was instantly hooked on the charcoal/hardwood smoking game. Swapped for a Summit Charcoal a couple of years ago and have loved that fantastic cooker.
Now I am putting in a custom outdoor kitchen. Although I am a huge Weber fan, in order to get the built-in setup to work the way I want, I'm planning to switch to a more built-in friendly XL BGE and a built-in gasser. Right now I'm favoring the Blaze Professional 34 inch with the added built-in Power Burner. Would welcome any tips as we move forward with our kitchen!
