    Hey there, Dan here. Just a note saying how much I appreciate this wealth of information. Grew up BBQ'ing in CA. Knew all the wrong ways. You guys set me straight from gear to techniques to recipes. Thanks again! Photo below is from first pork butt slow cook. 22 hours @ 225. Talk of the town.
