Ive been grilling for years and have had all different kinds of grills and smokers. I just recently bought a MAK 1 star and have to say it is pretty sweet. The thing i like best so far is its ability to hold the temp without great swings. So far right on the money. My favorites are ribs, mainly dry rub, pork roasts, butts, and prime rib.
