Thanks for accepting me "fireside". Been a competitive BBQ Pitmaster with my team, It’s All About Q, for several years on the SCBA (South Carolina Barbeque Association circuit. Also I am currently a Senior Judge with the SCBA. Use to be a stick burner man but in my later years I have become a pellet head and at times use my trusty Weber Kettle. I just love me some Q !!!!
