I'd like to thank you all for the warm welcome! What a great group! I'm sure I'll have lots of questions soon, so your expertise is greatly appreciated! I think I've rolled smoke almost every day in the 2 weeks I've had my smoker! I love this thing!
I did a rack of ribs for mom on mothers day, using the detailed instructions on the rib page. They turned out fabulous! Once again thank you all for making me feel at home and among friends!
