    Newbie just saying hello

    Been a long time browser of this amazing website and finally decided it was only right to become a member. I am fairly new to the full time smoking world but a long time BBQer.
    Iam actually smoking 3 Boston butts as I write this. As for my set up iam using a Char-griller Duo with side fire box. I have done some mods to so I can get the most out of it. I use two thermometers from ThermoWorks.. Love them. Glad Meathead recommend them.
    I am 37 and active duty Coast Guard of 13 years. In it for the long haul. I am excited to be a member and to be making and learn from the masters of smoke that you all are. Thanks for having me..
