Hosting a pizza party this week, so I hope to catch a few photos to share.

Thank you sir, I take those kind words with humility, I don’t make the best pizza, the most pizza, etc.. but I am trying to make the very best that I know how to make right now, and to push that “knowing”part.

How exciting for you, Richard. And I'm not surprised that immediately after firing your new toy up you came out with some world class pizzas. Congrats and continue to enjoy.

I’ll shoot a photo this weekend or tonight. And show it. It right now is on wheels so I can move it if I want it, however it is on a bit of a ledge, so I ain’t moving it easy. But still considering if I want to ever wheel it around to the driveway for a driveway party.. but reality is likely I won’t. I can also take the wheels off and it then has adjustable feet. I am also going to get a cover made for the cart. So you don’t see the propane tank etc on lower shelf. All still kind of evolving,

Alan Brice I totally buy into that, and if you are not screwing up, you’re not even trying to get better. The screw ups just constantly evolve to a different part of the larger process. .Last edited by Richard Chrz; July 25, 2024, 09:48 AM.

So where does such Gozney sit in the wonderful FK backyard? You mentioned cart, is that so you can move it to where you need for the cook, or will it be somewhat stationary - I’m not much familiar with the pizza ovens, just have never looked at them. But would love to see how you have it setup and such!

I get lucky from time to time,
But really, it is the insane amount of bread and pizza I have already done using a peel. They are like a good chef knife to me, comfortable, Still have lot’s to learn though.Last edited by Richard Chrz; July 24, 2024, 03:00 PM.
