I'm wondering if anyone has tried to insert a heat shiled of some sort in the rear of the oven wedged between the stone and the pellet chamber? A small piece of steel is all that should be needed to perhaps buffer the flame a bit to moderate the temp and allow for more varied foods to cook other than just 90 second pizzas! I haven't christened my Fyra yet, just thinking ahead! .... Any ideas , thoughts?
