Ooni Frya Pellet Question

I was browsing the Air Canada Aeroplan site, as one does when one has well north of a million points, and discovered that one of the newly added items was the Ooni Frya 12 Wood Fired Pellet pizza oven so I used some of my points to order one. I'm assuming that I can use any hardwood pellets and am not restricted to the Ooni ones (kind of hard to get north of the 49th). Does anyone with one of the pellet fired Ooni's have a recommendation?

Any pellets will work, but don't use softwood like Douglas Fir!

So long as they are food pellets... you don't want stove pellets.
