Ernest you will need to make more room on the patio so I'm guessing the PBC and WSM will be on Craigslist soon...😂

Mesquite wood KBQ Chikin. You know how most folks, including me, are scared of mesquite? Not an issue with the KBQ.

Oh and no more 1 hour of bringing up to temp, stabilize smoke etc.
Ambient to 350 (got it to 350 today) in 15 minutes.

I don't have an army to feed. That will be September 26 for my son's birthday. I'll load that ice cream machine

I saw somebody asking about how the KBQ looks inside after a cook. This was taken after ribs, 2 chickens and sausages.

A good hose job cleared up everything, like a skillet.

I got down to it and finished chopping hickory wood logs to a good size.

What happen to the feet that was in those flip flops? And why is there no cover on the KBQ?

I thought using a chainsaw while wearing flip flops would be a bad idea. So I opted to go bear foot. LOL
If you look closer, you'll see the cover on the floor behind it. I wanted to get the right size to fit the fire box.

Ernest I suspected in a stickburner with a proper fire mesquite would be a non issue. Thanks for confirming.

I got home only to discover that my butcher messed up my brisket point. He literally butchered it.
