I need some used Expanded metal..

I picked an upright "SS heating cabinet" with no shelving and I want to convert it into a smoker/smoke house. The inside is approx. 24"x 24". Hey brother just got the PM. It's been quite a while since I bought some steel but there was a time when I bought a lot. I always used Great Western Metals, Right up on 45 from you 14121 Gulf Fwy. Super good people and very reasonable. But again it's been a few years. I'll bet they can help you out.

They are still there. Bought some checker plate from them last year. If you can afford it go stainless.

I purchased 4’x8’ sheets of #9 flattened expanded metal for $54 at a steel fabricator. I have seen 2’x2’ PCs for 1/2 of that.. I would be checking for a full sheet and cut it up.
