        It performs like a champ, every time. I’m gonna do a large bbq event next weekend, cooking for 400 people.

        Yeah, I’m pulling an all-nighter. It’s gonna be fun, but I’m too old for this. I’m throwing in 10-12 briskets and 15 or so pork bellies.
