treesmacker On a tip from this fine gentleman, I ordered the Cuisinart 360 griddle from Wal-mart.com After seasoning with flax oil a few times, it cooks great! Very easy to clean with a little water and 4 or 5 paper towels. Tonight’s cook was fresh garden vegetables and smash burgers. Zucchini, onions, broccoli seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic salt and olive oil. Hamburger with salt pepper and cavender’s Greek seasoning. The lodge press was a gift from PBCDad in the secret Santa last year. Now the proof.

That's what I was looking for! Nice job. I'm going to have to try smash burgers. I like your Lodge smasher. I have a Lodge smasher, but it is square and the handle is cast iron, so it gets hot. My wife made me a small pot holder with velcro to fix that problem. Two of the guys at my work also got the $115 deal so I'm looking forward to seeing what they cook.

rice 2 and half cups..i use zatanna brand
peeled shrimp cut in thirds..in seasmme seed oil..and paul prudhome sea food season..option.what i do
2 links sausage cut in 1/2 inch slices
can of peas and carrot
onion cut one half in chuncks,dice other half
mushrooms chooped
green onions with tops chooped
stick of real butter..
kosher salt
black ground pepper
seasmee seeds
make rice day before and chill...
Oil griddle..grape seed..heat up..add rice flip several times..will pop from being cool
add sausage to side grill 3 minutes and fold in to rice
add onions grill 3 minutes fold in rice...keep fliping rice onions clear up
add can of peas and carrotts to side heat till warm..fold in rice
add stick of butter on top of rice..keep flipping ..will melt in
add mushrooms..grill 3 minutes..fold in..
add grapeseed oil if needed..keep grill slick
add green onions and i also diced carrots. Grill 3 minutes and fold
add shrimp to side grill 2 minutes or till pink..fold in ruce
4 eggs grill 4 minutes folded in rice..
toss till all is heated thru
Top with seassmee seeds and oil
you have a winner..
