More Cast Iron than I care to admit
Mr. Bones Ok. Per request here is my weekend review. Started off yesterday morning with a couple omelets. The griddle performed as normal and they were great. Thank you Mr Bones for all the great tips on seasoning with flax seed oil. If you have a griddle flax is a must!
Last night I used the deep fryer and did some fried chicken. Keep in mind fried chicken is one of my specialties. The fryer did good, however, it struggled to get above 250. I think it was me that I filled too full. This is the only learning curve that I have experienced so far.
Troutman Finally tonight I did the flat top rendition of Troutmans chicken Parmesan recipe ( fantastic work here and I cook Parmesan often). The griddle performed flawlessly with the chicken and the side burners with the sauce.
So far I am thrilled. I do have some concerns with temp on the fryer but the vast majority will cook great at that temp.
