@ssandy_561 looks like a really great setup. I’m starting to close in on some of the cookers I want to include, and looking at the OG Grilla like you have. Curious if you’re happy with the height that way or if a 12” shelf would work. Thanks!

Your 3-cooker setup idea is exactly the same as mine. I’ve been running a 36” Blackstone griddle for almost 4 years and it’s my most used cooker, by far. My charcoal grill is only used for steaks and tri-tip these days, the griddle gets everything else. Of course my stickburner still gets the long cook stuff like brisket, pork shoulder, ribs, etc. Haven’t had a gasser for darn close to 20 years.
As far as surface goes, I’ve been happy with the rolled steel top on the Blackstone. A buddy of mine has a stainless top on his griddle. I’ve not cooked on it, but it doesn’t seem like he has any issues with sticking.Last edited by Santamarina; February 1, 2023, 11:50 PM.
