First I love this little thing. I bought it last summer off of offerup.com. Wasn’t sure I would like it or use it. I do and do.
Expl: today my wife was making a breakfast thing for tomorrow that called for diced bacon and onions. I fired up the Blackstone and whipped it out in a few minutes. And no fuss no muss in the kitchen. Clean up was about 90 seconds. Love it!

Now all you need to do is feel the bug and upgrade to the 36" model, get that 2 zone cooking life on. First 2 burners on high, second two off. Then you cook some nice smash burgers on the high side all the while toasting some buns on the "cool" side.
