Expl: today my wife was making a breakfast thing for tomorrow that called for diced bacon and onions. I fired up the Blackstone and whipped it out in a few minutes. And no fuss no muss in the kitchen. Clean up was about 90 seconds. Love it!

    ROCK that Flat Top, Brother!!!

They are dang danged nearly illegally FUN, (at Home)

Love mine. I don’t really use the stand cause it’s on a bbq cabinet in my garage. But what a little work horse. In fact I just whipped up a nice little cheesesteak tonight.

Every time I see one of these I want one. (I am also into 90 second cleanups!)

Some sorta flattop is a requisite tool to have.

Reckon that's all I gotsta say bout that lol

Now all you need to do is feel the bug and upgrade to the 36" model, get that 2 zone cooking life on. First 2 burners on high, second two off. Then you cook some nice smash burgers on the high side all the while toasting some buns on the "cool" side.

Agree. The 17" is nice if you are short on space. Otherwise, it is a gateway to the full-size model.
