Both the tube steak and the sliced thing below it looked like the same sausage mix.

Tube thingies are Jalapeño Cheddar Brats, Sliced thingies are 'Gourmet Steakhouse Burgers', 6 oz. ground Sirloin, with bacon an' cheddar...

Love my Smoky Joe Silver, best $15 BBQ tool ever. For 2 steaks, 2 burgers, 2 dogs, 2 half chickens, etc, it sure beats firing up the BGE or 22".

I was a lil' short on veggies, these two nights
Used barley, n' hops fer that particular food group. Some rye, an' such, later.
Other SJS cook to be posted today...
Please, do not adjust yer dial...

If it's in a casing that counts as a veggie right? I think there were jalapeños in there too, though technically it's a fruit but it's green.

Oh man, looking at that quick and tasty meal makes me want to get a Smokey Joe too! Great-looking food, Mr. Bones . Veggies-schmeggies. Who needs 'em after a hard day's work? Plenty of time to balance your diet tomorrow.

Local burger joint’s sign says a balanced diet is a burger in each hand.

fzxdoc , I really (emphatically so) think that ya' would greatly enjoy/benefit from havin' a Smokey Joe as part of yer cooker lineup...
They are amazin' lil' cookers, most often overlooked...
    Their loss, my gain!
Talkin' bout a Quick Fix fer th' Lack o' BBQ Blues? Well, there She sets...
Since I hold ya' in such Very High Regard, I'll utilize this response to answer th' question I posed, above:
Anybody, besides me, notice anything 'bout th' sliced food pics? Jus' curious...
In alla yer life, in alla th' posts, on alla th' BBQ websites, how many 'smoke rings' ya' ever seen, comin' offa a Smokey Joe?

Not all meat needs a smoke ring. Many a crispy crust, seafood, pork and beef I've cooked outside with no smoke ring needed or desired but great eating.. I'm with FireMan and always with fzxdoc. Have you seen her pastrami? Just saying.
