First cook on this smoker

first/practice cook on smoker that was donated to a military non profit I work with. American Barbeque Systems Judge. Nice unit! Easy learning curve. Donated by Operation GI BBQ, operated by The Grillin’ Guys out of Grand Rapids MI. Pulled pork for about 40 today, pulled pork and hopefully other delicacies for about 125 Friday.

I looked at A SBS smoker once. They are very nice units. Well thought out. I could do some damage (to my guests waistlines) with that.
