Yes. Interesting design. K-rigg is a new company. Current residential models are expensive and massive considering the limited capacity. They are working on large commercial models. If the results are good, large commercial smokers that work fast could find a market.

Geez what next. Thing looks like a giant autoclave. I suppose it's like when microwaves were introduced to the home cooking crowd, could hear the boos and snickers. Now everyone uses one, most probably daily. Kind of takes the fun out of cooking though, plus I'd sure hate to have to clean that thing !! But at least with the Honda generator you could light your home in case of a power outage !!!

Ya just need to fine one that has a removable door, and that will fit in the dishwasher.
