Need advice for next purchase. G.A.S.

So we have a Lg BGE, 22" Weber performer deluxe with sns, and a Napoleon prestige pro (with sear station) gasser. I am interested in adding something that has more capacity as I am tired of juggling devices and fitting food . They are all good
at what they do , just would like something that could cook a few things at once without adding extenders etc. Keep tossing between M1 , some kind of pellet (though never had a pellet and not sure if I would like it), maybe a vertical smoker like stumps? Any ideas appreciated. Guess I'm just looking for more fun and maybe next level. I am well aware this is not a "need" but a want.

Again this all depends on your budgetary goals and the kinds of food you plan to cook. It sounds like a good quality vertical smoker may be up your alley, but again that depends on your budget. Here's an example of one I actually have my eye on. Good luck in your search !!

thanks, that looks like a possibility. But why that one and not a Stumps or some other?

They build quality stuff, plus they are local to my area. There are lots of good alternatives, but give these guys a look see.

Well, here's my usual plug for the Karubecue C-60. 60lb capacity, unbelievable smoke control and flavor, $1500 shipped, 2 week lead time, American & quality construction, great customer service. But it has its limitations too: can spread embers in the wind, needs electricity for the fans, unusual size sticks, relatively frequent feeding. It's all tradeoffs!

There are a few good threads on it under stick-burners.

thanks for the info but I would have a hard time keeping enough fuel in all different woods and at the right size. I know its a solid cooker from all the positive comments.
