    Improving burner gas feed control?

    I have a Smoke Hollow vertical smoker and I really like it except the burner control is too sensitive. I just barely move it and the temperature jumps 50 degrees or more. Has anyone added a needle valve or something to the gas line so you can fine tune the temperature? I spend an hour getting the temperature stable so I can start smoking. Thanks

    Whew Bob, looks like we’re gonna have ta git a couple of our scientist thingy members on this one. Maybe Panhead kin hep ya. Then again with his drain fiasco you might want him to stay as far away as possible. Help is on the way.
