Camp Chef Vault natural gas conversion

Hi, I'm thinking about picking up a Camp Chef 24" Smoke Vault and running a natural gas line into it. Has anybody had any experience doing this? Anything I should watch out for?

I already have a WSM and I am happy with it. But I want something that has a bit more capacity and I also like the idea of having a new toy to play with!

    Hi James,
I converted mine, it's fairly easy. The whole process probably took about 30 min for an already assembled one (you have to remove the burner), but if you are assembling from scratch the only thing you need to do is increase the size of the valves orifice with a #51 drill bit before putting it all together. Any hardware store should have the bit.

It sure is nice not to have to worry about propane supply when smoking.
