I limp all Fruitwood together as far as smoke profile. I use it for fish, pasta, or cheese. The lightest of the woods IMO.

I use peach wood sometimes. It’s a very unique wood and imparts an excellent flavor. I like to mix it with apple, cherry, or pecan.

Love both. Peach is very unique compared to most fruit woods. Its smoke has a nice incense-like smell.

What type of smoker are you using? Results may vary depending on whether you are using chips, chunks or logs.

I've used peach wood on my Weber Kettle and PBC. It seems almost too mild but that's better than too strong IMO.

I use peach chips on the Weber with salmon. Mmmmm.
