Was in Atwood's today and saw something new to me. It was Lumber Jack Char Hickory pellets and they were grey charred-looking. Tried to find some description on the bag but didn't see any explanation.
Just curious if anyone has used them as I assume it is a new product for them.
Char-hickory have been around for a while. I bought a bag from Dick's a few summers ago and used them on all varieties of meat with noticeable flavor from beef ribs, not much from pork. They are worth using in my opinion.
