      Here's a pic taken on New Years Eve of our outdoor fire place. It was built at the same time the house was--1935--in a Craftsman style, and it's become a family tradition since we've owned the place to ring in the new year outside by the fire.

      Sauna night gents fire. We had some oak cut offs left over from doing some milling this past weekend. No better way to keep things cleaned up. I love a good rolling oak fire. We cooked up some tacos using the coals and my favorite Dutch oven.

        It’s like a torch starting the games!
        4 cooks this weekend to include burgers for lunch and ribs for supper today. French toast and bacon for breakfast tomorrow followed by a spatchcock bird for Sunday supper.
