You should save the money and wire wheel it and reseason. Still plenty of good fires to be started with it

    Zip Ties, more specifically,

A cable tie (also known as a hose tie, zip tie, or tie wrap) is a type of fastener, for holding items together, primarily electrical cables, and wires.

On the farm I was raised on we would have had her going again with bailing wire. It’s was the high temp forerunner of duct tape. Now it’s called mechanic’s wire. I bought a small roll at Ace Hardware the other day.

It think it might be a good time to get a new one. Depending on how old you are it could be your last one.

I bought it before I retired, so at least 8 years.
