Going to bump this thread, Ahumadora and Henrik have either of you persued the quebrecho lump? I recently tried it and love it. It's easy to light, burns very hot and leaves little ash. Now a buddy is thinking of getting enough for his friends and a few restaurants in his city. Would you guys pay as much as you do for Kamado Joe lump, which is quebrecho with a couple other woods mixed in?
I looked into exporting it until I found all charcoal exports are banned from Argentina.
Something very shady going on if places are selling Argentine lump charcoal.
