In June 2020 Clint Cantwell and I collaborated on a new ebook compiling our best info on America's favorite food, RIBS. Members get it free in flipbook format below. In order to keep it just for members it cannot be downloaded or printed. There is no print version because it has many links in it.
If you want a downloadable version it is sold to the public for $3.99 on Amazon in Kindle format. If you want the Kindle version go to https://tinyurl.com/loveribs
A lot of people don't know that Amazon's kindle app runs beautifully on not only their Kindle devices, but on iOS, MacOS, Windows, Android, and practically everything else. To download the Kindle app go to https://www.amazon.com/kindle-dbs/fd...f=klm_lnd_inst
The irony is that in 2005 when I launched AmazingRibs.com the goal was to publish my recipe and technique for ribs, get feedback, do some crowdsourcing, and write a book on the topic because at that time, believe it or not, there were hardly any books on barbecue. Well, here we are, 15 years later and we finally have that book.
