This is the dream! 😊 For a few years now I’ve thought about opening my own ‘cue joint... they say if you do something you love you’ll never "work" a day in your life, and there’s not too many things I love more than cooking up yummy BBQ.

Couple problems with the idea though. First, I don’t want anything to do with the business end... I just want to cook all day. Second, location - living in Kansas City, the market is saturated with great BBQ joints both large and small.

It’ll always be a pipe dream and I know that, but every time I see a property like this I can’t help but go into Homer Simpson mode for a few minutes.

"Mmmmm.... BBQ business...." LOL
