Southern Pride SPK-500 Mobile For Sale

I have a SPK-500 mobile for sale I purchased the smoker new in 2016 for my BBQ restaurant. I decided to retire last fall and I am now putting it up for sale. I will add pics in the next day.

• Pork Butts (8-10 lbs)(3.6 - 4.5 kg) each......60 pieces
• St. Louis Ribs (2.75 lbs)(1.2kg) each...........60 pieces
• Whole Chicken (3-4 lbs)(1.4 - 1.8 kg) each..70 pieces
• Beef Brisket (12-15 lbs)(5.4 - 6.8 kg) each..20 pieces

These and Ole Hickory would be my go to. You can burn wood all day and that wood gets burned HOT. Look up Smoque BBQ in Chicago, this is what they smoke on.
