There's such a thing as too big. Out of all the places I've cooked at I can think of maybe two places where there was even room for something like that. Also looks like a pita to trailer.

Yeah, I agree that the capacity on that trailer is low. Likes if kinds of cookers, but no real smoker other than a BGE? You are not going to feed hundreds of people at an event like he says in the ad.
