      I use my cheesecake recipe and slice the apples very thin and coat with cinnamon and sugar. Pour the cheesecake mixture into the pan and very gently place the apples on top of the mixture and top with finely chopped pecans and then bake for an hour. I always turn the oven off after an hour and leave in the oven with the door open for another hour.

      Got the spatchcocked turkey on the smoker, be done in about 2 hours. While it's resting everything else (that has been prepped) goes in the oven to finish. Creamed pearl onions au grautin, sweet potato casserole, green bean casserole, cornbread stuffing, and pear salad. The only thing out of a box is the stuffing (no matter what I try, my wife still prefers Stove Top).

        With just The Wife and I, I smoked a half turkey breast. Sides were green bean casserole, mashed potatoes, and gravey. I forgot to take a photo of the plated food, but here's the turkey:
